About
A rental-operations workspace with occupancy columns, a unit map, resident context and maintenance progress. Buildings, leases, work orders and move-in checklists share a fictional portfolio model.
- Best forDevelopers building rental-property portals, resident-service workspaces and maintenance operations tools.
Included views
4 viewsPortfolio overview
Follow occupancy, maintenance completion, portfolio health and upcoming lease events. Inspect the selected building's residents, service requests, recent activity and next move-in checklist.
Properties
Browse building tiles and inspect the selected property's floor-by-floor unit map. Filter by unit state, explore occupancy history and open a unit or property panel with related work orders.
Residents
Search the resident directory by current, incoming, on-notice or former status and property. Inspect a resident's lease timeline, household, preferences, open requests and maintenance history.
Work orders
Filter maintenance jobs by state and priority, inspect their timeline and add a validated completion note. Create a local work order and follow completion, open-job and cost figures.
Animations and interactions
Occupancy with unit-level context
Daily columns distinguish occupied, reserved and available units. Building tiles and the unit map link those totals to resident and lease records; the overview explicitly labels its compressed occupancy-axis break.
Finish maintenance beside the resident
Open a resident request, enter a validated note and mark the job complete. Job status, maintenance progress, urgent alerts, service categories, portfolio health and recent activity update together.
Move-ins and lease events
A locally checkable move-in list drives the upcoming progress card. Lease events, property selection and resident profiles remain connected when moving between the portfolio, buildings and directory.
A structured work-order workspace
Search and filter jobs, inspect their history or create a new local work order. Completion uses a real note requirement and local Undo; Reset returns the portfolio and its filters to their exact seed.
Choreographed views and accessible controls
Property cards, unit context and maintenance groups assemble in stages. Occupancy and progress graphics follow the same selected portfolio state. Phone layouts, keyboard navigation and initial or late reduced-motion preferences are supported; state stays shared across all four views.
Responsive layouts, keyboard-accessible navigation and reduced-motion support.
Demo data and what to connect
All properties, people, leases and jobs are fictional and kept in browser memory. Completing maintenance, editing checklists or adding records is simulated locally; no rent collection, lease signing, messaging, contractor dispatch, backend or persistence is connected. The occupancy chart labels its axis break. Reload or Reset restores the seed.
- IncludedFictional demonstration data and local interactions, ready to edit. The included README identifies the data files and model.
- Not includedBackend, database, authentication, payments or AI services. Features that look connected are simulated; connect your own services when you adapt the code.
