About
A month-end close workspace with green insight cards, fine activity charts and an evidence rail. Client closes, documents and rule-based exceptions are connected through one local accounting model.
- Best forDevelopers building accounting-practice portals and month-end close review software.
Included views
4 viewsOverview
Follow processing, synced-record and anomaly figures alongside fine activity charts and pinned clients. Select an exception to open its evidence and amount comparison in the review helper.
Companies
Filter and sort client closes by status, due date and progress. Inspect the selected close's documents, records, checklist and activity, or pin a client to the overview.
Documents
Filter received documents by status, source or type and inspect a fictional statement, invoice, receipt, payroll report or tax worksheet. Mark a document reviewed using the local workflow.
Review
Work through the exception queue with statement and ledger evidence, an amount bridge and rule checks. Record a timing difference or a validated adjustment and see the affected close update.
Animations and interactions
One close model behind every figure
Processing totals, synced records, exceptions, client progress and timely closures derive from the same local documents and records. A resolution updates the queue, company close and overview together.
Evidence before a resolution
Open an exception from the anomaly list or queue to inspect its statement and ledger evidence. An animated bridge makes the compared amounts and the cause of their difference explicit.
Rules with clear resolution choices
Fixed rules cover bank-versus-ledger gaps, missing documents, possible duplicates, tax-code mismatches and unusual amounts. Adjustments validate their required offset account; changes include activity and local Undo.
Client and document workspaces
A sortable close board, pinned clients, source/type filters and document facsimiles keep the evidence attached to the selected company. The helper describes rule checks rather than claiming connected AI analysis.
Choreographed views and accessible controls
The insight fan opens, KPI cards assemble and evidence follows the summary. Chart fields, curves, arcs and progress bars redraw on each view visit. Phone layouts, keyboard navigation and initial or late reduced-motion preferences are supported; state stays shared across all four views.
Responsive layouts, keyboard-accessible navigation and reduced-motion support.
Demo data and what to connect
The review helper is deterministic rules over fictional data, not an AI service. Imports, evidence review, resolutions and adjusting entries run locally in browser memory. No bank, ledger, email, client portal, backend or persistence is connected; reload or Reset restores the seed.
- IncludedFictional demonstration data and local interactions, ready to edit. The included README identifies the data files and model.
- Not includedBackend, database, authentication, payments or AI services. Features that look connected are simulated; connect your own services when you adapt the code.
